Join us for an intimate, 5-day, 4-night retreat in one of the most beautiful regions of Western North Carolina.

Tucked away in these ancient, magic-filled mountains, you will be ushered into a lush and luxurious sleepover experience with Zahiyah and Lauren, nourished and mothered by the sacred waters of a private river portal just a short hike away. This space is where embodiment, expression, and reclamation all intersect for a transformational activation like no other. In honor of the intimate nature of this gathering, spaces will be limited to only 15 spots.

OUR WHY

In wake of the devastation this community faced from Hurricane Helene, we both felt strongly the calling to give back to this resilient community in every way possible… Which is why we have carefully and intentionally curated an experience for you that honors the stewards of this land (both past and present), nourishes you from local, organic grown farms and invites you to experience, in reverence, this place that Zahiyah currently calls “home”.

The Application Process

Submit Your Application
Complete the application below. This will ask about your journey, what you hope to receive from the retreat, & any specific intentions/questions you may have. There are no "right" answers—just your honest reflections and desires.
Review Process
Once we’ve received your application, we’ll carefully consider each submission. Our intention is to create a sacred and supportive group dynamic, so we can ensure this retreat is the right fit for you at this point in your journey.
Selection Notification
If you are selected, you’ll receive an email with an invitation to join us, along with all the details about the retreat and next steps for securing your spot. We’ll also be available to answer any questions you have about the experience. You will receive confirmation of your approved application within one week of submitting.
Reserve Your Spot
Upon acceptance of your application, you will have 48 hrs to confirm your attendance by submitting your waiver agreement and deposit. These limited spaces are first-come-first-serve. Once your space is confirmed, we will send a short Roomie Matchup questionnaire to help us tailor this retreat experience to meet the unique needs of the group and prepare sacred space for all who will attend.

(Option One) Shared Room/Bed in House: 13 spaces available (Option Two) Shared Yurt/Bed: 2 spaces available. Please note this sleeping option does NOT have air conditioning but does have 2 fans. Perfect for those who love glamping!

What payment plan are you most interested in?

For those opting for the payment plan, the first payment is a non-refundable retainer of $555, which must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance to secure your spot. Monthly payments will follow, and all payments must be completed 60 days prior to the retreat. For those planning to pay in full, payment must be received within 48 hours of acceptance to secure your spot.

Do you have any diet preferences or restrictions we should know about?

You will be served two glorious, organic, locally sourced healthy meals by our chef each day, along with a light, snack focused midday spread to graze upon
